I'm on a Boat

Can I just say there is like nowhere else I'd rather spend my summer than on the lake! Last Saturday I went on an awesome group date with a bunch of cool people to Apache Lake! This was my date Dakota! Anyone that knows him knows that he is freaking NUTS! I don't know how he survived a 20 minute tube ride ...but he did!!!
We started out wake boarding....Ya, I wasn't too good at that. I did get up but only for a few seconds because I was freaking out that I actually got up! It was fun! One day I WILL STAY UP! Then we went cliff jumping...Yes I most definitely was the biggest pansy but I did it! I had such a great day but what made it the best was the people that were there with me! I miss these Thatch kids!
She is a Freak!

So there you have it. Fun date. Nuff said.
OH and I definitely have to buy a boat when I grow up!

Fresh Start

So here's the dealio... I am a twenty-something year old mormon senorita livin in the BIG BAD CITY. It is taking some getting used to! I Spent the last few years of my life in little Ol Thatcher, AZ. I dig it there....but it was just time to move on! I am currently living in Mesa...with my family....in the basement. Yeah never thought I would EVER be that child...but hey school is EXPENSIVE! Speaking of which, I start @ West Coast Ultrasound Institute in September! I am pretty pumped! In the meantime I am working for a company called Guthrie Mainstream as a provider for children with special needs! I actually love it. It is such a rewarding job to be able to help those giant spirits! DONT get me wrong! It requires a lot of patients and some days I just wanna beat my head against the wall...But that doesn't happen often!  Thank goodness for Dr. Pepper! Also, I have been super anti-social...yeah I know, weird! I realized that a lot of the things that made me really happy I left back in Thatch-crappy. I had some of the best friends and roommates any girl could ask for and a calling I absolutely loved. I never thought being Relief Society president would ever affect me as much as it did. Anyway, I think lately I have just been stuck in a place where I would do anything to go back. But that is not how life works. In order to progress you need to step outside of your comfort zone.
One night I was just being nerdy and watching Mormon Messages when I stumbled upon Joseph B. Worthlins, "Come What May and Love It" video. Its amazing how those words were exactly what I need to hear. I realized that no matter my circumstances I need to be happy and LOVE IT! I have so much to be thankful for! I have been blessed with so much! It is cray how having a positive aptitude can help you so much ...welp just got a little spiritual on you there. #Sorrynotsorry. I am excited to see what Mesa brings me. Stay tuned......
